授課內容：
(1) Structure and bonding of organic compounds, acids and bases, stereochemistry, structure determination;
(2) Properties of various functional groups, aromatic compounds, biomolecules;
(3) The nature of organic reactions, nucleophilic substitution reactions, additions and condensations, metabolic pathways.
成績評量：期中考（40%），期末考（40%），不定期小考（20%）
